village of MouginsDay one: ARRIVE IN: NICE AIRPORTUpon arrival at the Nice Airport (or agreed alternative point of arrival), a driver will meet you and transfer you to the 4 star Mas du Grand Vallon (www.masdugrandvallon.com)Pablo Picasso (as well as Winston Churchill, Edith Piaf, Christian Dior to name just some) put Mougins on the map when he lived and painted here in the 1960s. Since then, this pretty hilltop village has become famous for its gastronomy, culminating in the world famous gourmet food festival which takes place every August. There are dozens of restaurants, from the famous Moulin de Mougins and the elegant Mas Candille, to wonderful Provencal fare at Le Feu Follet.Just 5 kms (15 mins) north of 'la Croisette', Mougins is a compact village, with small cobbled streets winding up the hill to the church at the top. There’s a lovely friendly and relaxed atmosphere to Mougins, helped by being largely a pedestrian precinct where families and friends of all generations stroll to take the evening air. And when you get to the top, the views are stunning. On a clear day you can see all the way across the Mediterranean to Corsica and west beyond Monaco to the mountains of Italy.After check in, you will visit the village of Mougins and then you will be free for dinner at the hotel or on your own.
Golf Country Club Cannes-MouginsDay Two: (B) After a buffet breakfast at the hotel the golfers will be transferred to Golf Country Club Cannes-Mougins. (www.golfcannesmougins.com ) for a round of golf. http://www.golfcannesmougins.com/en/parcours/ Your guide will go with the non- golfers to Cannes, famous for its cultural activities, including the International Film Festival and its’ chic designer shopping experience Cote D'Azur- Nice Stroll along "la Croisette", the Riviera's classiest promenade and perhaps take morning tea/coffee on the terrace of the famous Carlton Hotel and later visit the Old Town - "Le Suquet". After golf the golfers will join the non- golfers in Cannes for lunch. After lunch your group will be driven to the fashionable but relaxed capital of the Cote D'Azur- Nice You will enjoy a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, nicknamed 'La Prom', lined with cafes and named after the 18th century English tourists who ambled along this route, then onto the famous Cours Saleya market with its stunning array of fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, cheese, oils, spices and flowers After an afternoon in Nice you will return to your hotel and be free for dinner on your own. Monaco-Ville Day Three: (B) Today after breakfast, your group will depart for a wonderful adventure in the world famous principality of Monaco Today you will visit its’ three districts - Monaco-Ville- known as 'Le Rocher’ home of the Prince's Palace. Monte Carlo - with its famous Casino La Condamine - the port area You will have lunch in Monaco and have the balance of the day to walk about in this small country that comprises about 500 acres, and proudly shows off both the Italian and French influences that shaped its” history. You will be driven back to your hotel and be free for dinner on your own. (B)

Saint Donat Golf ClubDay Four: (B) After breakfast, the golfers will be driven to Saint Donat Golf Club (www.golfsaintdonat.com) for a round of golf. Your guide will Transport the non- golfers to the perfume capital of the world, Grasse. There you will visit a famous perfume factory and museum The golfers will join the non- golfers for lunch in Grasse. After lunch, your group will visit the most famous hilltop village of the Riviera - St-Paul-de-Vence After your tour of this village you will transfer back to your hotel and be free for dinner on your own.(B) Perfume Factory Riviera - St-Paul-de-Vence
Moulin de Vernègues
Moulin de Vernègues-2 Day Five: (B) After breakfast, and check out Your group will be driven through the picturesque Provence countryside to check in at the 4 star Moulin de Vernègues (or similar) (www.moulindevernegues.com) The Moulin which was originally a 17th century manor, is set in beautiful grounds and almost halfway between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. It is a fantastic base for your stay in Provence. It tastefully combines many of the original features with modern comforts which includes a state of the art spa. Château La Coste” En route to the Moulin, you will tour ”Château La Coste” where the dreams of an Irishman materialised under the Provencal sunshine. This chateau, has an ancient Roman vineyard with an excellent tasting room, where you will experience a unique blend of modern art and architecture set in an outdoor museum surrounded by nature. From his final resting place just 30 kms away, even Picasso would approve of this fusion of old and new. Relax with a glass (or two) of the Château's own wine, while sitting on the terrace enjoying the view, before we head to the Moulin. (B)
Pont Royal Golf Club
Aix Day 6: (B) After a buffet breakfast, the golfers will be driven to Pont Royal Golf Club (www.golf-pontroyal.com) The only course in France designed by the incomparable Seve Ballesteros Your guide will take the non- Golfers to Aix-en-Provence www.aixenprovencetourism.com The golfers will join the non- golfers for lunch in Aix The group will have a guided tour of 'Aix', the town and countryside that inspired Cézanne, the father of modern art. 'Aix' was the first Roman town outside of Italy, and is known for its’ great outdoor markets. En route back to the Moulin, your group will visit a renowned vineyard, which has been in the same family for five generations. There you can taste the great wine and have an informative talk with some of the wine growers. The wine from this Domaine (wine estate) is highly recommended and can be found on many wine lists in exclusive restaurants. Dinner tonight is on your own. (B)
Avignon
Chateauneuf -du-Pape Day seven: (B) Today, after breakfast, your group will depart with your guide for an adventurous day trip. Your first stop will be in Avignon. The centre of Christianity in the Middle Ages. This walled city, with its centerpiece being the Palace of the Popes (the most important gothic palace in the world), also features the famous Pont (bridge). Here history effortlessly mixes with countless cafes and shopping opportunities. You will tour the city and stop for lunch. After lunch it is on to Chateauneuf -du-Pape and the tasting of some of its’ famous wines. This historic medieval village sitting on a hillside in the Southern Rhone valley is world famous for its full bodied red wines. The name itself means the new castle of the Pope and refers to the fact that whilst nearby Avignon was chosen as the new home for the Pope's court in the early 14th century, this summer retreat was built to escape the hustle and bustle of the Palais. Although only a ruin now remains, it affords a view back to Avignon, over the nearby Rhone, and a glimpse into life centuries ago. After this tour you will be driven one last time through the beautiful Provence countryside to your hotel and dinner on your own. (B)
Day Eight: • After breakfast and check out, you will be transported to the airport or your point of departure to travel home or to continue your journey • We also offer (non-golf) three to ten day tours of Paris and its' surrounds, Normandie, or the Loire Valley as pre or post to or without this tour, and non golf tours to Provence,Languedoc, and the Cote de' Azur. Price per person in a double room (PPDO)
Minimum number for this tour is six persons with three playing golf. This package starts at 2720 Euros per person. The final price will be confirmed when all services are reserved and confirmed and your deposit is received. In the event that none of the couples, or less than three people desire to play golf or that the party includes a solo traveler or any other variation of the above, a revised cost will be offered. Discounts may be available for larger groups or for early booking.

- 20% due at the time of booking.
- 40% of the total amount due to Unique European Travel 90 days before the start of the tour.

Transportation notes:
- By Air- there are two main airports in the South of France that facilitate international flights. They are Nice and Marseille.
- By Train- the high speed TGV departs from Paris as well as and internal train station at Charles De Gaulle airport. The journey to the various TGV stations in the south of France is just over three hours.
