The beauty of Ireland with its’ history dating back to 6000BC, is both in the landscape and in its’ people. The landscape, a photographers dream, was sculpted over the millennial by nature and humans. From the rolling hills with their lakes and bogs, to the seaside with rugged cliffs, beaches, fishing villages and islands, you will be amazed by the ever changing hues of green. This magical land from the ruins of past civilizations, churches, castles, manors, gardens, parklands, and villages, to the cities with their warm and welcoming people, draws you in and you will be caught up in the legends, festivals, traditions, food- and of course the drinks. You will find yourself falling in love with the wit, warmth, and charm of the Irish people.
Our Heavenly Irish Golf Clubs Waterville Golf Links

Waterville

One of the most admired and respected courses in Ireland, Water-ville, founded in 1889 on the famous "Ring of Kerry" is truly mystical. Located on rare "Links" land, this course with its impressive layout is one of the most adored and respected courses in Ireland and the world.
Old Head

Old Head

Old Head Golf Club, near Kinsale is another fine links course. The course is laid out over a diamond shaped piece of land jutting two miles into the Atlantic Ocean providing stunning ocean views with half of the holes playing directly along the cliff tops. It is often described as one of the most spectacular courses on earth.

Lahinch (Old)

Founded in 1892 and often referred to as the St. Andrews of Ireland, this original "Old Tom Morris" design is one of the most respected links courses in the world. The layout features inspiring ocean views, grass covered knolls, and sweeping contours of sand dunes, rolling fairways, blind shots and guarded greens that provide a challenge for every level of golfer.

Doonbeg

This 2002 Greg Norman design is a great addition to Irelands storied links courses. The Norman philosophy of "created by nature-laid out by man" produced a design that places a premium on accuracy. Every hole features great views of the ocean and the Irish countryside. Adare Golf Club& Golf Resort

Tralee

This sensational Arnold Palmer, 1980 design, features ocean views from Barrow to Fenit Island and on to the Atlantic. The course runs alongside this beautiful rugged coastline and works its way into and through the massive sand dunes. “Palmers' loop”- holes 6, 7, & 8 are an invitation to the challenging back nine holes, 12, 16, & 17. Bring your best game.

Adare

This fantastic parkland golf course, first opened in 1900, has been host to the Irish PGA, Open & Seniors. Steeped in history with a proud tradition of hospitality, it is set amongst mature trees and features many water hazards including the River Maigue. The nearby Desmond Castle and the ruins of an Abbey provide a magnificent backdrop for many holes.

Killarney "Killeen"

There are three courses at the Killarney Golf & Fishing Club. These parkland design courses, with the famous Killarney Lakes and the Macgillycuddy Mountain range as a background, provide a change of pace from traditional Irish links. The "Killeen" course is the most beautiful and challenging of the three and is rated among the worlds top courses.

Portmarnock

Throughout the past 117 years this top 50 in the world icon has hosted many championships among them The Irish Open, The World Cup, and the Walker Cup. The course is built on a peninsula featuring low sand dunes, green hollows and long valleys. The last five holes are among the finest in the world and if the British Open were ever to be held in Ireland, it would most likely be held here.

The European Club

Near Dublin, this championship course, built through tumbling dunes, providing captivating views of the Irish Sea, is a classic links course in a classic location. The course, designed by Pat Ruddy hosts the Irish PGA and is in the top 100 courses in the world. It is one of Irelands' longer courses and is noted for its' pot bunkers, two extra holes, and a layout that embodies all the best characteristics of pitch & run golf.

The Island Golf Club

Near Dublin, as the name suggests, this course was built on an island and up until 1973 you could only reach it by boat. The course features breathtaking fantastic views along the bay, has some of the highest sand dunes in Ireland, and blends seamlessly with its’ rugged natural terrain.

Ballybunion (Old)

Perched on a sandy cliff this breathtaking challenge is considered one of the top 25 courses in the world. The course winds through massive dunes along the Atlantic shoreline. Featuring dramatic changes in elevation with greens often hidden between or perched on top of sand dunes. The easier early holes lull you before you come upon the daunting and devilish later holes. Ballybunion also features a second newer Trent Jones "Cashen" course that winds through grass covered dunes. Bordered by the ocean on one side, the river on the other, the course is tumbling and free flowing. Ballybunion Golf Club
